Contacts

Contacts are derived from every inbound message your channel sees — one row per peer JID. Profile fields (push name, about, picture) refresh on read.

The lids endpoint returns the bidirectional map between phone-number JIDs and linked-device IDs (LIDs) — useful when WhatsApp surfaces a LID where you expected the phone JID.
